Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: March 18, 2026 · Last Updated: March 18, 2026
1. Our Commitment
WildSoul is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors. WildSoul is an adults-only platform restricted to users aged 18 and older.
2. Age Restriction and Verification
WildSoul is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We enforce this through:
- Age gate at registration — users must confirm they are 18 or older before creating an account
- Date of birth verification — users provide their date of birth during onboarding, and accounts for anyone under 18 are rejected
- Profile verification — our optional photo verification process helps confirm that users are real adults
- Ongoing monitoring — accounts suspected of being operated by minors are investigated and removed
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on WildSoul and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, illustrations, or text
- Solicitation, grooming, or sexual exploitation of minors
- Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting exploitative material involving minors
- Attempts to contact minors through the platform for any inappropriate purpose
- Any content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies the abuse of children
4. Detection and Prevention
We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Automated content moderation — uploaded photos are scanned through automated moderation systems to detect prohibited content
- Manual review — our moderation team reviews flagged content and reported accounts
- User reporting — users can report suspicious profiles, messages, or content directly within the app using our in-app reporting feature
- Proactive monitoring — we monitor platform activity for patterns associated with exploitation or abuse
5. Reporting and Response
When we identify or receive a report of potential CSAE:
- The reported content is immediately removed and preserved for law enforcement
- The associated account is immediately suspended
- We report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline and to relevant local authorities
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
6. How to Report
If you encounter any content or behavior on WildSoul that may involve the exploitation of a child, please report it immediately:
- In-app — tap the report button on any profile, message, or photo
- Email — contact us at safety@wildsoul.app
You can also report directly to:
- NCMEC CyberTipline — report.cybertip.org
- Your local law enforcement agency
7. Staff Training and Accountability
All WildSoul team members involved in content moderation and user safety are trained on identifying and responding to CSAE. Our policies are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect evolving best practices and legal requirements.
